There is no shortage of extra EVMs in the district. 3808 ballet units, 2490 control units and 2678 VVPATs are available for the total 2077 voting centers in the six assembly constituencies in the district.
EVM inspection in a very transparent manner: EVMs in the district are kept in the strong room with strict security arrangements. 24 by 7 there are security shield and CCTVs have been installed all over the area. Strong room is opened in front of political parties representatives. It also has a double lock system for the strong room, there is no question of interference.
