Request for Chandrapur visit to expedite the completion of the work of 52 Talathi offices and the pending issues of the Revenue Department
Chandrapur – Former State Minister for Forests, Cultural Affairs and Fisheries MLA Mr. Sudhir Mungantiwar met Principal Secretary of the Revenue Department Mr. Vikas Kharge in Mumbai and discussed in detail the pending revenue issues of Chandrapur district. Two days ago, he met Union Railway Minister Mr. Ashwini Vaishnav and submitted a statement regarding various issues of Chandrapur district. After that, he met the Principal Secretary regarding revenue issues. This once again highlighted that Mr. Mungantiwar is constantly trying to resolve issues in all areas of the district.
In a meeting with Mr. Vikas Kharge, A. Mungantiwar demanded immediate completion of the process of filling the post of Additional Tehsildar office approved in Kothari. He mentioned that this filling of the post is very necessary in order to make the revenue administration in the district more competent and efficient.
He also suggested that the ongoing work in the 52 Talathi offices of the district should be completed as soon as possible. MLA Mungantiwar drew attention to the need to provide the necessary manpower, technical equipment and infrastructure to ensure that these offices, which are related to the daily work of the citizens, function effectively.
In this meeting, A. Mungantiwar also requested Mr. Vikas Kharge to personally visit Chandrapur district to take a detailed review of various pending issues of the Revenue Department. A. Mungantiwar expressed his belief that during this visit, there will be direct discussions with the local officials and revenue issues in the district will get momentum. During this meeting, various issues related to the Revenue Department were also discussed.
